I have very little time to do PE, and on top of that a house full of kids so I have to plan my privacy well. On average I get maybe two 20min hanging sessions per week and I've gained 0.6" in length in a couple of months, so yes it's absolutely possible to gain with low-commitment PE.
I do 5-10 mins of warmup, semi-erect bends and light massage, then a 20 minute set at 1kg where I lift the weight for a few seconds every 2 mins or so. I currently use an aliexpress cup and Perv's water trick, works wonders so far. I typically aim for ~3% fatigue.

Thank you,
And yes I’ve been conditioned enough I feel comfortable doing them I’ve done them awhile and I don’t use heavy intensity for both the helicopters or jelqing. I use them both minimally keeping things loose and blood filled. Helicopters make my flaccid feel stretchier. I also bundle stretch for 1 minute each rotation before length to lightly loosen tunica.

I don’t know per year. But I have gained 5 cm in length in total.
I have made many mistakes, spent to many years with extenders and hangers. All my gains have come from manuals+ pumping.
I my opinion manuals are the best, you don’t gain more and better from devices like hanging and extenders. You gain less with them, but it’s an easy way if you are lazy.

Yep, move up. I use both the 1.65 and 1.75. The change seems small, but it will be a major game changer for your mid-shift once you start using the 1.75.
I am also following the pump guide, and it's pretty accurate. We're in that weird space where we can use one or the other 😆
I mainly use the 1.65 for length purposes during my 1st 2 sets, then 1.75 for my last set. Im on a 5 on, 2 off routine atm with manuals every other day. I believe I'm up to 7.5 inches now from 7 in length.
I suggest the 1.75. 😀 your base of the tube has about .25 inches not accounted for. Keep in mind that you're pumped up in there. To make that permanent, you have to keep working at it.
I have some sessions where I'm almost 8 inches in the tube. Are you using a pump with a gauge? I stick between 5hg and 7hg for my results.
That's between 17 and 23 kpa, if you got the Leluv electric, BTW.
Hm, we have the same size tube. I'm a little jealous. You can get the next size up, but take some time to fill and stuff that 1.65 up a bit. I have a slight curve as well, but started stuffing it a couple of months back.
I'm 5 inches in midshaft girth now. You may need a toe shield for that glans to get the last bit where your curve is so you got pressure towards the top as well.
I daresay purchase the 1.75 or 1.85 soon.

I’ve been at it for a little over a year now, and I do Pumping (bath mate) Extending (HOG extender) and manuals. I don’t really have a routine per say, I just try to do them as much as I can in my free time. 👍 I’m thinking about starting to clamp as I want some more girth, but I need to do more research. Hope this helps!

Yes, i stay in thé pump. I back off alsmost all thé pressure, down to 1hg.. This way i van switch between +/-90 to a 110% erect with no need for stimulation inbetween sets
When i do thé warm up/jelqs i already feel my penis is loosening up and when i pump warmed up it feels more intense and i reach the disired expansion way quicker. Afterwards it doesn't feel like a ran a marathon, just heavier. In my experience i don't want to feel to much fatigue/go to hard so recovery can go faster, don't need rest says and don't sink my eq.
My guess is going more sessions wouldn't be more productieve and i am not willing to invest more time
Make shure she's comfortabele and not afraid to let loose, this has thé biggest benefit. It's more a mental than physical thing. It's more important to gain confidence than inches. But more inches can boost your confidence...
I had a bathmate in the past, but i found it way less practical than air pumping;
\-you had to be in the shower/bath witch if find time consuming and annoying
\-Its hard to pump in intervals and to control the presure
\-its just to cumbersome of a routine to stick to
And i think it will have all the same disadvanteges if you use a bleeder kit
And for the base thing, big chance its genetic. my penis was alway thicker towards the base.

Very possible and very easy with consistency.
Started at 14.5 cm and got to 17cm within around a year or so and half of that time was time wasting with jelqing.
I started doing manuals after 6 months of jelqing and that's where all the length came from, did it every day for 30-40 mins, took a day or 2 off when i was tired of it.

Genuinely, just following the beginners routine on here, or a version of if.
I do 20-30sec of helicopters between each stretch. 20-30sec side ways left X2, right X2, straight out X2, straight up X2, between cheeks X2, taking me about 10min in total. I do this five days per week.

I gained an inch in length and a half inch in girth during the first six month using the Thundersplace newbie routine, which is all manuals. I should add that I was doggedly consistent — that’s really the key.

What I did for length was the manuel stretches pulling straight out, down, left and right. 3 sets of 30 seconds each for the 1st couple weeks to condition myself. Now doing 1.5 minutes each. For girth I do manuel clamping, 3 sets of 30 seconds for first 2 weeks now I'm at about 2-3 minutes for like 3 or 4 sets. Rest a couple minutes between sets.

I gained 0.5" length with like 3 months of manuals and max I worked myself up to was 30 minutes so it's definitely possible. After that I did 3x15 compression hanging for another 0.25".

I’ve been only doing manuals on and off since September of last year and I’ve gained half an inch in length and definitely some girth but I haven’t measured that since I started
There’s no right or wrong answer to this but I would say yes. Manuals are a great starting point and I don’t think you can ever go wrong with them. They are simple and effective

I pump up to around 12InHg and then drop it down to about 7 over a period of 15 minutes. I then take a 5-minute break and start another set, and I repeat this until I'm just past 6 inches girth and before any noticable edema starts

It definitely looks bigger than before, my nbp is about 7.25 rn, I remember it being maybe .5” less when I first started. Never really cared to measure nbp. I think your goal is possible if you have low body fat %

I’ve been doing manuals (20 minutes daily) for 9 months now. I just started pumping for 20 minutes daily to keep my gains going.
Should I get a vac cup? Or are manuals sufficient for long term gains?

I haven't measured in many months. and have only done some manuals here and there. Just recently measured and my bpel went from 6.25 to 6.5. very surprised. But honestly lately looking at my erections I absolutely looked a bit bigger and that's what prompted me to measure again.

I’m 8x5.25 bpel/mseg on a good day, head and base are bigger and it seems skinny from my pov and dysmorphia. An ex cheating on me with a girthy guy lead me to start.
In 4 months I gained 1/4” length and 1/8” girth while learning and finding my routine of manuals, pumping, and clamping.
Now it’s just a fun hobby for me and I just want 6” MSEG but if I gain length faster, maybe I’ll get 9 bpel without focusing on length
Found out she cheated and when grilling her I asked “was he bigger than me” or something like that. Her guilt made her be somewhat honest and say he had more girth.

Nbpel measurements vary too much. Sure its hard to always measure exactly 100% perfect but bp is far more accurate than nbp, but i do agree that bp isnt real world size and more for measuring accuracy
Its really hard to gauge these things because we all have dif pain tolerances and ideas of fatigue.
After 3 sets of hanging i do get shrinkage and bad eq for several hours but ive read this is normal and wanted, just like a muscle after working out feels weak and wore out. Doing bundled hangs adds a new dynamic that ive been doing a for a few weeks now and can definitely feel it stretching the tunica. I hope this bundled hang along with tunica release massages while hanging will unlock gains faster than what I achieved in this first year and a half.
The ruler is a perfect 90 degrees to my pelvis, my dick and phone are angled so you can see tip, i use my desks edge to hold the ruler and use my hand to keep dick straight as i dont have a hard upword curve anymore. Yes I have large skinny hands, and only 5.25 girth.
Im trying to help people out with this shit, its not that easy to maintain erection, while juggling a phone and ruler.
True, i recall gaining a half inch back in the early 2000s from my ligs stretching out aka "newbie gains".... Not sure if I lost any of that or not because I gave up on pe for the mostpart until the end of 2021.
Id say total 1" gained at least compared to before ever doing pe for sure.

Manual stretches very consistently with 1-2 months Break in total in the last year, 30 Minutes a day 6x per week. Pumping maybe 7-8 Months 6x per week for 20 minutes per session with 2-3 Minute Intervalls.

3.5 to 7 to begin with- after Pe 5-5.5 to 8 after. So more of a shower. Closer to the 5 when I stopped for a while- more like the 5.5 when I’m doing Pe every day.
After doing manuals and some pumping for more than a year- I have a 5 to 5.5 inch flaccid compared to 3.5 inches before doing anything. My bone pressed erect went from 7 inches before PE to 8 inches after a year.

Hey! Thanks, as for the flaccid i feel like it grew a lot i do not turtle anymore and i can rest at 11cm on a good day, though the flaccid size is better when i’m usually on more of a length focuses routine.
I think bundled stretches and hanging helped a lot and im going to probably try fowfers in the near future as flaccid is a big goal of mine also
If you want flaccid girth i saw major improvements from clamping alone even though as i was led to believe pumping would have the same effect or maybe better
Manuals consisted of just bundled stretches pulling in every directions 4 sets of max time in every directions and some blue whale stretches (advanced exercises be careful) but then i quickly moved from manuals to shopping bag hanging which gave me my best gains i just do manuals when i’m able to do hanging like when i’m on holidays
For clamping i’m currently using the cable cuff pro medium and for the padding i’m using a nike wrist wrap you use to wipe sweat off your face in sport it does the job just fine since i like a thicker padding for clamping
Length: 5mn bundled stretch then i would hang with shopping bag for an hour total (juste set a timer for one hour and hang as much as my hand could during that) i loaded it progressively till i was hanging 5kg ( heavy but with the bag it felt like it was ok) then if i had too much of a plateau i would stop for 3 weeks and switch to girth and come back to hanging at a lower weight and building my weight up again (length frequency: 6-7 days in a row i would take a rest day when i wasn’t able to complete the routine or if i was just feeling the fatigue)

I saw an article that said it can get 2 inch in but I think it's false because I kept doing manual for 30+ weeks after I got 1inch. Now I'm just experimenting on devices
I have only some theory. I heard that you can lose about 0.25 - 0.50 inches through months of no PE so I'm guessing that's why. I also think because my PE has been length based so my girth not maintaining its size was expected. I heard it's better increase one's length first then do girth.
And thanks for noticing my progress.
