A multi-device brand represented by extender and hanger reports in the accepted dataset.
The accepted data groups this brand across products. Extending and hanging have separate guides; the brand-wide figures have not been split into method-specific device outcomes.

Each figure uses one selected change per account and dimension. The archive contains gains/success posts; it cannot estimate typical buyer outcomes or success rates. Reports cover the device family, not a verified effect of a particular model. Length and girth may come from different accounts and periods.
Every usable sample is shown. One account is an individual change; two to four is a small sample. Five does not establish reliability. Missing measurements are not zero gain. Method and device groups overlap.

Routine labels describe what the author recorded. Sole-use reports are still self-reports and do not establish causation. Missing routine details remain unknown.
24.0 months reported by one account · timing available for 1 of 4 accounts.
The timing subset may differ from the full gain sample. These are reported periods, not a timetable for your results.
Reported rate: 0.03 in/month across 1 timed account. Each change is divided by its own elapsed period. Breaks, temporary changes and consistency are not controlled. Do not extrapolate this into future gains.

Total man compression hanger. 7/7, one set warm up with 1,5 kg and 4 or 5 sets with 4,25 kg. Started May 2022.
I gained a bit of girth from almost 6 months of compression hanging too. Apparently no length gains.

Routine for most of the time was average of 4 days a week 1.5-2 hours a day. Last three weeks I’ve been able to adjust my routine to up it to 5 days a week and 4.5-5 hours average. Just wanted to show that gains do come even if you can’t get those 4-6 hours in every day.
I have had 1cm gain in erect length over this same period. I wish it was a 1:1 and linear relationship. Have to believe that over time the erect length with catch up fully.
As opposed to the vac extender I have? Totalman is probably one of the best vac extender options on the market. Keen to hear how pmp would increase my rate of gains though.
I went from 15-18cm with the Quick Extender Pro over a similar period of time. All in all, since April 2021 I’ve increased my length in device by about 6.5cm or 2.5 inches.
Even putting aside that I don’t think I could hit my current stretched length in the QEP, for both comfort and safety, yes.
Taping takes about 3-4 minutes to do and like 30 seconds to remove. I extend for 2-2.5 hours at a time. If you can get longevity out of your QEP then sure. My stretched length wouldn’t be accommodated by the QEP anymore and totalman has plenty more room for growth so I thought it was worth the investment.
Best of luck on your journey bud
Appreciate you sharing your experience. Over what period of time and what sort of increases are we talking?
Appreciate that Hink. Wish there was some more research backing the relationship between stretched and erect gains. Glad to be contributing to the body of evidence.
I think I’d be somewhere between 350-450 hours over that time as a rough estimate.
All good man. Congrats on your bathmate gains!
I would say by the 4th or 5th time of putting on any of the devices I’d worked out how to navigate getting into it and properly retracting my foreskin so as not to interfere with the stretch. With the vac extenders I just make sure to get good suction in the vac cup before I fully roll down the rubber sleeve over my shaft so that I can use one hand to pull the sleeve down and the other hand to pull my shaft skin away from the vac cup at the same time if that makes sense.

2 years ago i picked up a pump and a total man hanger. I was 15cm NBPL. It took me 2 years to get to 17cm
No, never. Only stretches, jelqs and scraping. None of which really did this much for me. Best so far was jelqs.
Soft. But again, I don't think this is the take away for u here
Pump the sides and bottom of the cylinder up and down the shaft. Don't hold the cylinder with the other hand. Just hold the tube. The vibrations actually bruise my cawk
Never used a theragun. But a ordinary full sized gun. The strongest I could find for around 100 bucks
Yes sir. I literally massage gun the cylinder. The pump feels totally different than before. Also I elongate in like literally 5 minutes to what previously took 30-40min. I suggest you try it. I bought the cheapest, strongest massage gun and I press hard into the cylinder or my dick when I extend.
The entire session. I'm not being specific with my routine because I don't think it's optimal or what has caused my results.. it's just 15-20min of pumping and extending. What caused rapid growth was the addition of the massage gun through the whole session
Great quearion, 3000 rpm, so 50hz
My sessions are 1/3 of their original length from 30 min to 10 min.
