100 day with PE
Started with a 4.7 length and now I’m 5.2 in length.
Been using the male hanger and a LA PUMP.
I do make a beat juice with L citrulline/ZINC/blue berries
Brought it down to 3x a week
Started with 2lbs now at 7lbs ( was at 10lbs but dialed back to 7lbs )

I've been using the LA Pump 9 x 1.5 cylinder with the manual pump with gauge with amazing success. Not only do I see length gains, my girth and erections have improved as well. I also have a pump called the "Vacurect" that I use in the shower, it's a Manual air pump so no water needed and it's so so easy to use. I don't use the donut rings that come with it, I use a much softer generic silicone ring that most pumps have attached to them. Wish I would've started with this system years ago! I've gained 0.5" length and about a .250" in girth in 7 months.
