Reports cover a device family and may not identify the model. Mixed routines remain mixed; the figures do not isolate a product effect.

Each figure uses one selected change per account and dimension. The archive contains gains/success posts; it cannot estimate typical buyer outcomes or success rates. Reports cover the device family, not a verified effect of a particular model. Length and girth may come from different accounts and periods.
Every usable sample is shown. One account is an individual change; two to four is a small sample. Five does not establish reliability. Missing measurements are not zero gain. Method and device groups overlap.

Routine labels describe what the author recorded. Sole-use reports are still self-reports and do not establish causation. Missing routine details remain unknown.

nothing in erect length gains
Gotcha haha okay maybe I’ll just continue for another 2 months. I’ve only measured post session stretch once. Will keep doing so on a regular basis from now on though. Might get a fish scale.
I took a full year off
I used the apex extender an average of 4-5 hours a day at about 1.5kg - 2kg, with a rest of 30seconds or so every 30minutes.

I'm personally using the APEX (1.0) & Haven't had any complaints thus far. been a LOT of months since I've had it so, If you're gonna get the APEX, go for it, Perve made the APEX LITERALLY INDESTRUCTIBLE. No other extender comes close to the Build quality. Regarding the Hog, Mr ecz guy has a review on his youtube channel, go check it out, he's one of the TRANSPARENT reviewers out here.

I had a noose style extender and was wearing it for 1000s of hours with very little progress. I've switched to the Apex and I wear it about 50 minutes a day and have had very noticeable flaccid length gains and about 1/3 inch in erect length from 6.2 to 6.5 in roughly three months. The stretch feeling in an apex is definitely more through the whole unit as well whereas with a noose extender the only thing that felt like it was stretching was my glans
I started at 5 lbs to get used to it and then once the post stretch figure was under 3% I upped it to 7lbs and have been there since as my post stretch figure goes anywhere from 5-7% depending on the day. Only other thing I'd say is every 10-15 mins recheck the tension as the more you stretch the less tension is applied so it needs to be adjusted back up to the original rate.
I switch it up depending on how it's feeling. Sometimes I will do intervals and unhook for 15 seconds from the tension and other times just keep it running for an hour straight. No rhyme or reason to it other than sometimes it gets uncomfortable so I let it go for a couple of seconds.

Started to add the Apex 4 days a week about 3 weeks ago. Noted a 3/8" length "gain" in that time
I went from 6.75 x 5.25 (BP and mseg) to 7.125 x 5.5 in that time frame.
about an hour and 15
I think the length gain is a combination of pumping for the last 4.5 months and then adding on the apex 3 weeks ago. Honestly didn't re-measure before starting with extending.
soft clamping
10 x 1 minute, followed by 3-4 5 minute sets. 5-7lbs. Use the TM cup with Perv's water trick.
